Breeze Church Management System

Breeze is an online platform that allows members and regular givers of Unity of Davis to easily access their membership information. It offers various features such as:

  1. Your Profile: View and update your personal information.

  2. Your Giving History: Keep track of your donation and pledge records.

  3. Current Directory: Access an up-to-date list of members.

  4. Maintain Accurate Membership Records: Keep your information current.

  5. Group Associations: See the groups you're a part of and email group members.

  6. Online Directory Photos: Add individual and family photos to the directory.

  7. Event Registration: Sign up for events and activities.

  8. Anytime, Anywhere Access: Use Breeze from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, available 24/7.

With Breeze, Unity of Davis members can conveniently manage their membership details online.

To utilize Breeze, you must be a current member of Unity of Davis or be a regular attender that completes an annual pledge. These individuals will receive an email invitation to set up your Breeze account. Once received, click on the link and from there you'll set up a username and password. That's it!  You're all set.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get Breeze access?

All Members and Pledging Attenders will receive an emailed invitation with a link to set up their account. If you feel that you are a member or a pledging attender and have not gotten an email please contact the church office at admin@unityofdavis.org, and ask to have an invitation link sent to you to create an account.

Is my information secure?

Yes! Access to Breeze is only open to Unity of Davis members and regular pledging attenders, and each access request must be approved by church leadership. You choose what information in your profile (email, phone number, address, etc.) you want to be visible to other church members. Your giving history and pledge information is visible and accessible only to you and to the staff. Our church information is guaranteed to be kept private and protected. How do I change information in my profile?

When you are viewing your profile, you can click the grey header above the information you want to change. Once selected, make the changes. After you are done making changes, click on Save in the grey header. Repeat for each section want to make changes in.

How do I print my contribution statement?

To print your own contribution statement, log into your Breeze account and click on My Profile. You should be viewing your profile details at this point. On the left side side action menu click Giving. 

You should now be viewing your giving records. You can now manipulate the dates and family members to pull the results you’re looking for. Click the arrow next to Download as Excel to print your contribution statement. Or simply click Download as Excel to get an excel file of your giving statement. 

How do I view breeze on my phone?

Download the Breeze App on your phone by going to https://www.breezechms.com/app. When you log in to Breeze using the smart phone app, you will be asked for your “church domain” before you can enter your username and password. Our church domain is “unityofdavis”.
