Most spiritually minded people tell us that prayer is good for us. If you're going through a challenge, pray about it, get others to pray with you, put a prayer request in the box at church, call Silent Unity. It occurs to me is that we're told to prayer but not how to do it. How do we go about it?

The virtual Sunday service begins at 10 AM (Pacific time), and everyone is welcome to join the live stream as early as 9:30 AM to virtually socialize before the service.
