The Unity Melting Bowl Ceremony is a perfect time to set free old burdens and move forward with a lighter and more peaceful heart in 2024.
It’s easy to take part when you join us at our virtual melting bowl. We will practice with just a few simple steps:
• Step 1: Relax and become still.
• Step 2: What do you need to release? Allow your heart to tell you.
• Step 3: Use the piece of melting paper you received in your holiday packet
By naming what you want to release, it will no longer hold power over you. You will know in your heart; I am more than this. I am ready to move on.
The virtual Sunday service begins at 10 AM (Pacific time), and everyone is welcome to join the live stream as early as 9:30 AM to virtually socialize before the service.
