Join us by Zoom for a one-hour workshop of introspection and journaling facilitated by Paula Schneider. Several topics will be offered to help us get started with the journal exercises, which will be interspersed with time in the Silence. By the end of our time together, you will have begun to discover in yourself answers to such questions as:

• “What do I value or hold sacred most in this life?”

• “What do people get when they get me?”

• “At the end of my earthly life, how will I know if I succeeded or not?”

We will be given the opportunity to begin writing our obituaries. Please bring your journal, favorite writing implement, and refreshing drink.
